Ugandan Choir of Orphans

Today I had the privilege to photograph a choir of Ugandan orphans who were performing to local schoolchildren before a concert this evening . What a delight and a fantastic atmosphere all extremely smiley and happy , this is despite the fact that most of these children have lost one if not both parents to AIDS . 

It was a little dark in the church and I did not want to use flash but managed to get lots of really nice images , It's a shame I can't use them all !

Had a great day yesterday at my good friends Jim and Kates wedding as one of the best men . Fantastic day from start to finish with some great speeches . It was so nice not to do the official photography so I could just relax and enjoy the day

On assignment on an Organic farm few animal pics . It was quite intimidating having a herd of 20 + bison charging toward the vehicle we were in !

This may not be the best underwater picture in the world but I took it , not many people get the chance to do this and I am very proud of this picture . To get this pic I had to quit my well payed but dead end job , get job on cruise ship , work several months in Alaska , join ship again , work in South American waters then buy a disposable camera and go to a certain beach in Hawaii ...Phew

On a recent clearout I decided to either develop the disposable cameras I have had laying round for years or throw them in the bin . Some were older than 7 years and I did worry whether there would be anything left on them 


I bit the bullet and decided to part with some cash . The cameras were developed straight onto cd saving money


I'm so happy I did and there is a great analogue charm to many of the photos . As it was so long ago the photos were taken I couldn't really remember what was on them so haven't missed the pictures that did not come out

LED LIGHTSTICK

Just had a quick play with the new lightstick I bought for £4 ! Bargain . Other than cropping and very minor light adjustments there has been no other photo-shopping . Extra arms and Craigs have been added by lightstick

I have been wanting to sort and get this image published for a while 

The fighter took a kick to the head and slid down the cage and onto the floor 

( Incidentally within about 2 minutes  he was up congratulating his opponent and receiving his trophy )
