This is the Former site of the Prisoner of War Camp at Efenechtyd outside Ruthin as it looks now
The camp is on land of the Pool Park estate and you can still see some of the earthworks that formed the base of the huts that housed the prisoners
Many prisoners were allowed into the town and nearby farms to help out as long as they were back before dark
As far as I am aware the barracks and service block complex built c.1943 on Park Road to accommodate personnel serving at the Italian / German prisoner of war camp at Pool Park is now The Valley Arms and New Image Hairdressers on Park Road Ruthin
Other that that I can't find much more information about the park online
